Here's another Teacher Appreciation gift idea...

The Easter Bunny put a treat similar to this in my girls' Easter baskets and shockingly enough, I came across the empty containers on the floor last week.  I had already seen an idea that I wanted to use for Teacher Appreciation and this would be the perfect container.  So, here is another idea using a recycled container.  

Who knew I was so earth friendly?!

"I'd file you under "A" for Awesome!"

I filled the containers with paper shred and 3 bottles of nail polish.  Finished it off with tying a nail file to the handle.  I wrote on the front, "I'd file you under "A" for Awesome!"

 and added her initial on top.

Pretty darn cute, I think!

Teacher Appreciation Week!

I came across this quote the other day while searching for Teacher Appreciation Gift ideas and it just made me laugh.  Sometimes, I stress so much over finding the perfect unique gift for the girls' teachers, I overlook the fact that a gift card is probably the best gift of all!

Of course, I did not follow that advice.   Here is what I sent today...

I saved the strawberry carton from the grocery store last week, gave it a little wash and added some red paper shred and a variety of "Fresh Picked" scents from Bath & Body Works.  

The card reads,

"We couldn't have "picked" a better teacher!"
